Returns

We will gladly accept returns of products that are defective due to workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Out of Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available.  
Usually products ship within 72 hours from the date of your order.  

If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours you will be notified by email.  

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 72 hours from the date of purchase.  Our products are made to order and we need time to make it.  Larger orders may require additional processing time in which case you will be notified by email.  During warm weather months please make sure to add ice packs to your order as we are not responsible for items that melt during shipping if you do not add an ice pack to your order.
